We are using Max 5.0.5.1892

In the Product Data Maintenance, we have a couple of questions:
We are using eaches as unit of measure.
Unit of weight is pounds per piece
We have put the units per package and wgt per unit in the appropriate fields.
We need the number of boxes and total weight on the BOL and packing list.
MAX is unable to determine how many boxes and total weight of the BOL.
We are curious why MAX cannot do the math calculation since it knows how much each part weighs and how many pieces are in a box.

Are we doing something wrong or is our setup incorrect?
