relenquish seat / multi-user error

I am suddenly having issues relinquishing my seat in Job Boss. Each time I try I get a Multi-User error.
I may or may not get this same error when I try and log back in. I log in as an sysadm and see that the seat has not been relinquished.
Can I boot the offending user (me) somehow?
Why is this happening?

Its been several weeks but essentially the fix from JB was to log out and shutdown ALL clients and the Server and reboot. Seems a user database can get corrupt and this fixes it.

Did they have you try a "Clear Users" ?

I get the multi-use error and cannot log in at all, but happened after we did a Windows update. However, there is no one currently logged in Jobboss.
I also get an access violation error as well. I have tried to even uninstall jobboss on client workstations and re-install and that didnt help either.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe try a "Compact & Repair".
