Going to 7.6.300 is easy but have cursor problem

Postby Usvinyl on Tue Oct 12, 2004 1:02 pm

We have had no problems going to 300. The updates were easy except for some minor things. But they were cleared up quickly and most of the problems we faced are now on the Customer Portal.

The cursor problem is that if your screen is minimized then maximized the cursor is missing and you have to click in the first enty box. We work with kayboards not mice so it is a pain. Have any ideas?

We currently have 7.6.300 but we updated to this a while ago. Is there any newer updates available?

Yes 76300 is 5 years old. 77200 is the latest. You must be current on your annual maintenance to get the upgrade.
