We are in the process of creating a phone integration between a new Avaya Phone system and e-Synergy for one of our clients. The Avaya phone system was selected by our client to allow this integration and we were brought into the process before the selection of the phone system was completed.
This client has approximately 75 phone extensions on their system. In 2007, it is expected that their other office may switch to this same phone system, located in another state.
When a call comes in, the Account Card will be pulled up in a "New Window" for the user at the extension. A Dial Out Button will also allow outgoing calls from the Account Card or Contact Card.
