Exact EDI and Windows 2008 Terminal Server

Has anyone tried to install the Exact EDI client on a terminal server, specifically Windows Server 2008? Just curious if anyone's run into odd security issues and if you were able to find workarounds. I've seen a few including the following and I haven't been successful in pinpointing what's causing it:

During the ImportWarehouseOrders process, dmvpxmss_sql:Mss_GetWarehouseOrders function, I'm getting an -2147217843 error stating "Invalid connection string attribute"

I didn't have this problem with our old TS server running Windows 2000. I've tried the process with normal domain users as well as users who have full admin rights, but both return the same error.
