RDIS server shutting down/services not running

Our EBA RDIS service seem to be locking up and/or shutting down frequently.

Are other users experiencing the same issue? If so, what solutions are others using to solve the issue and what monitoring/reporting tools are other users utilizing to mitigate this issue?

Did you resolve this problem? Are you running eDeployment and Dashboard at 5.0?
